The sales associate will maintain and cultivate customer relationships to obtain referrals and generate additional sales to achieve expected sales volume (quotas) and other metrics necessary for the success of PLS Auto, Inc.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMeet and obtain qualification information from potential customers at the dealership, through telephones and social media\nEstablish and maintain referral relationships with outside business partners including automobile sales people at other dealerships and other business people that interact with our customer base\nUnderstand and guide customers through the sales, underwriting and delivery process\nUse tools available to track, maintain and cultivate potential customers to purchase vehicles\nDemonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and benefits; taking test drives and explaining warranties if applicable, optional service contracts and contractual insurance requirements.\nMaintain relationships and provide customer service existing clients to help increase repeat and referral sales.\nJob Requirements:\nEnergetic, outgoing and personable\nAble to comfortably communicate with all types of individuals\nAbility to think quickly, communicate effectively and accept rejection\nSales or customer service background in a commercial setting similar to automobile sales, rent to own furniture, pawn shops, payday lending, or leasing agent\nWork hours as business needs dictate, including evening and weekend hours on a commission pay basis\nHave a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and the ability to drive different types of vehicles\nHigh school diploma or equivalent GED\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to stand and walk for several hours a day\nAble to work outdoors in all weather conditions when necessary\nBe able to stoop, kneel and bend over as required to show, clean and demonstrate a vehicle\nBe able to lift up to 50 pounds\nBenefits:\nBenefits for eligible team members include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training.\nPLS Financial Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
