This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, while learning key recruiting skills to help advance your career.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with prospective applicants\nRepresent PLS professionally over the phone, in the office, and out at college networking events\nTrack and document all efforts in applicant tracking systems\nAssist with new hire orientation process including new hire paperwork\nIdentify personnel needs, job specifications, qualifications, and skills\nReview applications to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about organization and position\nScreen and refer candidates for additional interview with others in organization\nUtilize all recruiting and sourcing platforms available for candidate activity\nProvide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n2 years of recruiting strongly preferred\nComfort level in a growth- and goal-oriented environment\nSense of urgency and bias for action\nStrong ability to articulate verbally and present professionally\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills\nAt PLS Logistics Services, we ship over one million loads annually across all major freight modes: flatbed, van, LTL, rail & barge, air & ocean.
