This role requires excellent mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills. The role also requires close interaction with the manufacturing teams to ensure any issues get communicated and resolved in a timely manner.\nCore Duties and Responsibilities\nAbility to install mechanical parts and sheet metal assemblies using basic machine shop tools\nAbility to weld aluminum, carbon and stainless steel using MIG & TIG process\nAbility to assemble and troubleshoot 12-volt electro-mechanical systems\nAbility to debug and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic mechanical systems\nMust be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form\nAbility to read mechanical part drawings a plus\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma, plus 2-5 years of experience in similar role\nWorking knowledge of data collection and statistics\n2-5 years’ experience with commercial trailers with pony motors\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nUncompromising dedication to quality\nAbility to multi-task effectively\nExcellent follow-through\nMust be driven and self-motivated\nTeamwork oriented and focused\nPay Rate:\n$21.00 - $29.50We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:\nBase salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
