The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized and possesses project management, writing, and page layout skills. This is a full-time position.\nCore Duties and Responsibilities\nDelivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes\nLead the coordination, review, and editing of proposal inputs from cross-functional stakeholders\nImplement scalable workflows, process improvements, templates, and tools to increase efficiency and consistency while driving best practices\nProvide guidance to sales teams and subject matter experts on persuasive writing and proposal best practices; provide support presenting offers\nReview and manage commercial Terms and Conditions requested by customers with counsel Commercial document template management in line with company branding\nPerform all other duties as assigned\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field of study. Strong acumen in commercial and financial structure.\n3+ years relevant work history within a commercial function; preferably as part of a manufacturing or energy environment. Experience in hydrogen and/or oil & gas a plus.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects in a matrixed environment.\nDeveloped knowledge of proposal best practices and procedures, work processes, and tools, including CRM, Salesforce, or other related proposal and/or project management software.\nMust be a self-starting, motivated, assertive, and creative individual with excellent follow-through capabilities. Skilled with project management. Superior verbal and written communication skills.\nDynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels.\nDemonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.\nExcellent follow-through.\nMust be driven and self-motivated.\nPay Rate:\n$60,000.00 - $93,750.00We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:\nBase salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
