Plug Buyers run every step of the sale: valuations, negotiations, inspections, purchasing, and post-sale work. You’ll help move the auto market toward sustainable transportation.\nYou’re analytical and interested in automotive, especially EVs. You’re goal-oriented and self-motivated. You talk easily with people at every level of the company.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nHandle inbound leads and value EVs.\n\nAnalyze market data and spot trends to reduce risk.\n\nEvaluate vehicle quality to get accurate values.\n\nConvert inquiries at a high rate and stay profitable.\n\nGuide customers through each step of the sale. You’re their single point of contact.\n\nHelp with individual and team projects, and follow up when they finish.\n\nMultitask in a fast-paced environment and look for ways to improve processes.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nUp to 5 years of relevant experience.\n\nStrong analytical skills and market research ability. You can judge vehicle value, demand, and pricing trends, and you work well with spreadsheets and CRMs.\n\nClear communication, strong customer service, and the ability to work across business units.\n\nYou pay close attention to detail, use sound judgment, and make quick decisions under pressure.\n\nAuto auction experience as a used car buyer or in estimating vehicle damage is a plus.\n\nNot sure you should apply?
