If you've ever wanted to build something, this is it.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full B2C sales cycle, from first conversation to close, helping individuals find the right life insurance products for their needs.\n\nBe the face of Plum Personal for prospects: responsive, credible, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint.\n\nNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales in partnership with leading insurers to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.\n\nWork directly with partner insurers on product development, policy placements, and day-to-day post-sales operations.\n\nFeed insights from the ground back into the product and GTM strategy. Your voice will actually matter here.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in BFSI, insur-tech, or B2C financial services.\n\nSomeone who can hold their own in a room, whether face-to-face, on a call, or over email.\n\nThe ability to make complex products feel simple and worth buying.\n\nComfort with targets, timelines, and ambiguity, sometimes all at once.\n\nA challenger mindset: curious, adaptable, and not waiting to be told what to do.\n\nExperience in insurance, brokerage, or personal finance is a strong plus.\n\nWhy This Role\nMost sales roles ask you to execute a playbook.
