Bangalore, Full-time\nCompensation: ₹45,000-55,000 per month\nExperience: 1-2 years post-MBBS\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide medical consultations and guidance to patients through chat.\n\nUnderstand patient concerns and provide appropriate medical advice.\n\nMaintain accurate consultation records and documentation.\n\nEnsure timely responses and a high standard of patient care.\n\nFollow established clinical protocols and escalation guidelines.\n\nRequirements\nMBBS degree with 1-2 years of post-MBBS experience.\n\nExcellent written English communication skills.\n\nComfortable handling patient consultations through chat.\n\nMust be based in Bangalore.\n\nStrong clinical judgment and a patient-first approach.\n\nWork Schedule\nWorking hours: 9-hour shift, with a 1-hour break.\n\nWorking days: 6 days a week.\n\nWork arrangement: Full-time, 1 day Work From Office (WFO) and 5 days Work From Home (WFH).\n\nShift timings and weekly off will be discussed and finalised before
