We are backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Program Manager who can work with data, improve processes, and drive projects from planning to execution.\nThe role involves analyzing business performance, building reports, improving data workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation. You'll also work closely with teams across Account Management, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to manage projects, solve operational challenges, and ensure things get done on time.\nWe're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and can move between working with data and driving execution independently.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business performance and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.\n\nBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers to support business decisions.\n\nMaintain data accuracy across Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and other systems.\n\nIdentify repetitive manual tasks and build automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\n\nOwn projects end to end, including planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, and closure.\n\nTrack timelines, follow up on deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure projects stay on track.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement process improvements.\n\nIdentify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and drive implementation.\n\nMaintain clear documentation and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-3 years of experience in program management, business analysis, operations, or a similar role.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.\n\nExperience managing projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.\n\nA strong understanding of processes, with the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements.\n\nAn interest in data automation and reducing manual work.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of SQL, n8n, Looker Studio, or other automation tools is an added advantage.\n\nStrong communication, follow-up, and execution skills.\n\nHigh ownership, attention to detail,
