This is a quota carrying role (re: you will have sales targets)\nYour mission is clear: convert qualified leads into valued clients, maximising revenue potential. Under the guidance of industry & sales experts, you'll acquire all the skills needed to excel in the competitive world of insurtech sales.\nYour charter would include:\nBuilding & managing a pipeline of prospective clients through internal & external sources\n\nPresenting Plum’s products to clients in pitch meetings\n\nNavigating a complex sales cycle for a technical product\n\nMaintaining high levels of engagement with the client throughout the sales cycle\n\nProactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development & marketing functions and client referrals\n\nOwning the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned clients\n\nThe ideal candidate:\nPreferred candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience\n\nHas stellar written & verbal communication skills\n\nIs highly professional and results-driven\n\nHas a high degree of coachability, learning mindset and great listening skills\n\nCan present themselves as highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to clients\n\nPlum believes in playing fast & long, and everyone in our team is highly entrepreneurial + high on energy.
