Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Technical Program Lead - Insurance Partnerships to help scale Plum's insurer ecosystem. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end execution of insurer integrations, working at the intersection of technology, product, and business. You'll partner with insurance companies, engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless API integrations, drive strategic initiatives, and improve how Plum collaborates with its insurer partners.\nIf you enjoy solving complex integration challenges, managing cross-functional programs, and working with multiple stakeholders, we'd love to meet you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Technical Integrations\nOwn end-to-end integration of insurer systems with Plum's platform through APIs and data exchange.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and Product teams to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot integrations.\n\nDrive successful onboarding of new insurance partners while ensuring high-quality technical execution.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing integrations, automate workflows, and enhance partner experience.\n\nDrive Strategic Partnerships\nWork closely with leadership on strategic initiatives across insurer partnerships.\n\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for insurer integration programs.\n\nAlign internal Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partnership teams to ensure successful execution.\n\nBuild scalable processes that improve collaboration and operational efficiency across partner ecosystems.\n\nProgram & Project Management\nPlan and manage multiple integration programs simultaneously.\n\nDefine project plans, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.\n\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and implementation bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.\n\nCoordinate with external insurer teams to ensure timely delivery and successful launches.\n\nTrack program progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business goals.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation roles.\n\nExperience managing API integrations, system implementations, or enterprise technical projects.\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, data exchange, integration workflows, and technical documentation.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Business, and external partners.\n\nStrong program management, planning, and execution capabilities.\n\nExceptional problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in Insurance, InsurTech, FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise platform integrations.\n\nExperience working with external enterprise customers or technology partners.\n\nWhy
