You’ll be responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on budget while providing our field teams with the direction and support they need to deliver quality results. You’ll manage both large and small projects, coordinating customers, field personnel, materials, equipment, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to spend time in the field.\nWhat You’ll Do Here\nManage environmental projects from planning through final closeout\nCoordinate schedules, materials, equipment, resources, and field personnel to keep projects on track\nLead and support field teams while maintaining accountability for quality and performance\nConduct site walks, assess project conditions, and prepare teams for successful execution\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and customer expectations\nCommunicate with customers, field teams, leadership, and other departments throughout the project\nIdentify project issues, manage change orders, and develop solutions to keep work moving\nEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of customer service\nWe’d Love to Hear From You If You Have\nProven experience managing projects and people within environmental services, construction, skilled trades, plumbing, sewer and drain, underground utilities, HVAC, or home services\nStrong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills\nExperience managing field teams and holding team members accountable\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nExperience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and customer expectations\nExperience with sewer and drain, underground utilities, excavation, or environmental services\nKnowledge of CCTV sewer inspection, CIPP, SIPP, trenchless rehabilitation, pipe lining, or pipe bursting is a plus\nWillingness to work in the field, visit active jobsites, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment\nThis position requires regular operation of a company vehicle.
