About the Role
Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) is hiring an Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. You'll lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installations throughout the mountain-community market, working alongside a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and clean, professional installations.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
- Perform and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment
- Work alongside and mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements
- Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the field
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each project
What We're Looking For
- Valid Colorado plumbing license required for the role
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
The compensation for this position is $40+/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses, commissions, incentives, overtime pay, or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
