(PSI) is hiring an Install Plumber to join our team in Gypsum, CO. You'll lead residential and light-commercial plumbing installations throughout the mountain-community market, working alongside a skilled team to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and clean, professional installations.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead residential and light-commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish\nPerform and oversee the installation of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related equipment\nWork alongside and mentor installation team members, providing direction and hands-on support\nRead and interpret plans, specifications, and installation requirements\nEnsure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, manufacturer specifications, and PSI quality standards\nTroubleshoot installation issues and make sound decisions in the field\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sites\nCommunicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership throughout each project\nWhat We're Looking For\nValid Colorado plumbing license required for the role\n2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred\nProven ability to lead installation projects and work effectively as part of a team\nStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship\nThis position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.\nThe compensation for this position is $40+/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and other job-related factors.
