and execution\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruiting & Talent Acquisition\nLead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple locations\nDevelop job postings tailored to construction and skilled trade candidates\nSource candidates through job boards, trade schools, referrals, and industry networks\nScreen applicants for skill, reliability, and cultural alignment\nCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and field leadership\nAdminister assessments\nConduct reference and background checks\nImprove hiring speed, quality, and consistency\nPartner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines\nOnboarding & Employee Development\nManage new hire onboarding for field and office employees\nEnsure new hires understand expectations, safety requirements, and company values\nOversee 30/60/90-day check-ins and early-stage performance checkpoints\nCoordinate training, certifications, and skill development programs\nSupport leadership development and coaching processes\nTrack employee progress, performance, and development plans\nReinforce company culture, accountability systems, and operational standards\nBuild scalable onboarding and development processes for multi-location growth\nEmployee Relations & Accountability\nProvide guidance to supervisors on performance management and documentation\nDocument performance issues and corrective actions with accuracy and consistency\nConduct investigations and support conflict resolution\nAdminister performance improvement plans\nSupport terminations with professionalism and compliance\nEnsure consistent application of policies across all branches and teams\nMaintain strong follow-through and documentation discipline\nHelp leaders address issues with solutions, not just identification of problems\nHR Administration & Compliance\nMaintain accurate personnel files and employment documentation\nAdminister benefits and support open enrollment\nTrack compliance with federal, state, and jobsite-specific requirements\nManage HR reporting, record retention, and safety-related documentation\nSupport workers’ compensation processes as needed\nEnsure adherence to company policies and employment laws\nBuild scalable administrative processes that support multi-location operations\nRequirements\nQualifications\nStrong understanding of field operations, job site dynamics, and new construction workflows\nExperience supporting field supervisors and project-based teams\nAbility to hold standards and navigate difficult conversations\nStrong organizational skills, documentation discipline, and follow-through\nHigh emotional maturity and sound judgment\nAbility to coach, develop, and support leaders at all levels\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment\nDemonstrated ability to build systems, solve problems, and drive
