That means you're a technical product manager and engineering leader. Your job will be less coding and more technical architecture, system design, and leadership. Here are more details:\nUnderstand how product thinking and human-centered design complement technical efforts\nProvide strategic technology advice to clients by deeply understanding mission objectives\nDesign and guide implementation of end-to-end solutions ensuring all components integrate\nWork with technologies such as React, Java Spring Boot, Python, and other web app and data analytics components\nGuide cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, EKS, Aurora, and other AWS/cloud services\nProvide technical leadership to senior client technical and business stakeholders, ensuring compliance and alignment to architectural standards and best practices\nDrive innovation in client processes, service delivery to the public, and technical solutions\nIdentify key risks and assumptions and guide research and proof-of-concept experimentation\nGuide modern delivery practices among development teams and support team members’ professional growth\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience\n10+ years of technical leadership and/or solution architect experience on large, multi-team products\nExperience with forward-leaning technical solutions including:Cloud-native architectures\nServerless event-based systems\nOpen-source tech stacks\nContainers\nPipeline automation\n\nDeep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps principles and practices\nFamiliarity with programming and design approaches including:Object-oriented design\nFunctional programming\nDesign patterns\nModern API design\nSQL and NoSQL database design\n\nExperience defining and enforcing application and cloud data security across the lifecycle\nExperience researching emerging technologies, processes, and best practices\nDesired Qualifications\nFamiliarity with human-centered design and product management methods\nExperience fostering an inclusive environment and managing diverse teams\nExperience managing fully remote and distributed teams\nBusiness development experience\nFamiliarity with the Digital Services Playbook (playbook.cio.gov)\nRelevant management certifications\nCompensation and Benefits\nPluribus Digital offers a competitive salary that is determined at the time of offer. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications, with salary ranges aligned accordingly. If a candidate is a strong fit at a more junior or senior level to what is outlined here, we will assess them accordingly and apply the appropriate salary range during the hiring process.\nThe range for this specific role is from $180,000 - $190,000 depending on experience.
