Manage user accounts and access across various platforms .Securely wipe and decommission hardware for departingstaff.\nInventory Management:Maintain an accurateinventory of all company-owned equipment and licenses, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for.\n\nDocumentation:Create and update clear, concise internal knowledge base articles, tutorials, and IT best practice guides for employee self-service.\nProject Support:Assist the Operations/IT team with ad-hoc projects related to scaling infrastructure, security audits, and preparing for future regulatory needs.\nQualifications and Skills\nRequired:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nStrong foundational knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems.\nFamiliarity with standard remote desktop tools and ticketing/helpdesk systems.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, \"can-do\" attitude.\nExceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.\nPreferred (Bonus Points):\nExperience administering a modern collaboration suite (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).\nFamiliarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi configuration).\nExperience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.\nWhat You'll Gain\nDirect
