Manage user accounts and access across various platforms .Securely wipe and decommission hardware for departingstaff. Inventory Management:Maintain an accurateinventory of all company-owned equipment and licenses, ensuring all assets are tracked and accounted for. Documentation:Create and update clear, concise internal knowledge base articles, tutorials, and IT best practice guides for employee self-service.
