The team is about 20 people across two US hubs and remote, with a results-first culture that cares about outcomes rather than hours logged in a particular place.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a founding Account Executive seat on a sales team that is just getting built: today it is one Account Executive and one SDR. You will sell the core Employer of Record product to SMB and mid-market companies hiring internationally, with the same kind of motion and quota structure used by the leading global employment platforms, plus early-stage equity. A dedicated post-sale team takes over after close, so your focus stays on winning new business.\nTheir team is hiring its first VP of Sales now and plans to add more Account Executives within a couple of months, so early hires have a real chance to help shape the team as it grows.
