Their customers are the best-known names in AI research.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is an in-house recruiting seat at a company whose entire thesis is that the future of AI is bottlenecked on human talent and human data, which means recruiting is not a support function here. The team is hiring across technical and operational lanes, and each recruiter owns their searches end to end rather than working a slice of a process someone else designed.\nYou will recruit from the most competitive talent pools in quantitative finance, big tech, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and top consulting, and you will work with founders and senior leaders as a matter of routine.
