Working closely with HR, you’ll help shape our culture as we grow quickly, and you’ll be the go-to person who makes things happen.\nAbout the Role\nOffice management and operations\nOwn day-to-day office operations, including the kitchen, meeting rooms and shared spaces\nKeep the office welcoming, organized and running smoothly\nManage inventory and order office supplies, snacks and groceries\nWork with vendors and service providers, including orders, deliveries and payments\nHandle ongoing office bills and expenses, including property tax, utilities and operating costs\nOrder laptops and IT equipment for employees in coordination with the relevant teams\nWelfare and employee experience\nPlan and run company events, happy hours and team-building activities\nCelebrate birthdays, holidays and special moments in our employees’ lives\nSelect, order and manage employee gifts, holiday packages and branded swag\nManage welfare vendors, production companies and gift and branding suppliers\nCreate a positive, personal employee experience with creativity and initiative\nOnboarding & Offboarding\nOwn the logistics of onboarding new employees\nPrepare workstations, IT equipment, and welcome kits\nAdd new hires to the relevant systems, groups, and communication channels\nCoordinate across teams to make every first day smooth and well organized\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience as an office manager, employee experience coordinator, or similar role -
