In this role, you will build and maintain the systems that support how we identify, reach, and convert customers, working across our sales, marketing, and operations functions.\nThe position sits between engineering and go-to-market. You will be responsible for automating manual revenue processes, connecting the platforms our commercial teams depend on, and building tooling that improves how those teams operate day to day.\nWe are looking for a technical builder who is comfortable writing code, working with APIs, and applying automation and AI tooling to commercial problems. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering working systems rather than producing recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify manual and repetitive processes across the go-to-market function and replace them with automated workflows.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations between the platforms used by sales, marketing, and operations teams.\n\nDesign and implement data enrichment workflows that improve the quality and completeness of prospect and account records.\n\nBuild lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.\n\nDevelop AI agents and language model workflows that support research, qualification, drafting, and prioritization tasks.\n\nOwn data integrity across commercial systems, including synchronization, deduplication, and hygiene processes.\n\nDesign and maintain outbound campaign infrastructure, including sequencing, deliverability, and performance tracking.\n\nWrite scripts and services that extend platform functionality beyond what native configuration allows.\n\nBuild internal tools and applications that support commercial workflows.\n\nOwn projects end to end, from problem identification through implementation, deployment, and measurement.\n\nInstrument the systems you build so that their performance and business impact can be measured.\n\nEnsure automated workflows remain reliable through monitoring, error handling, retries, and alerting.\n\nPartner with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to understand process friction and prioritize work accordingly.\n\nProduce reporting and dashboards that give commercial and executive stakeholders visibility into performance.\n\nDocument the systems you build and enable other team members to operate them.\n\nEvaluate new tools and platforms and support build or buy decisions with working prototypes.\n\nParticipate in planning and technical decision making across the go-to-market function.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years experience in go-to-market engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or a comparable technical role supporting a commercial function.\n\nProficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and common authentication methods.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and the ability to query and transform data.\n\nHands-on experience administering or building within a customer relationship management platform.\n\nExperience with workflow automation platforms.\n\nExperience with data enrichment and prospecting tools.\n\nFamiliarity with large language models and practical experience applying them to business workflows.\n\nUnderstanding of how sales, marketing, and customer success functions operate and how they use data.\n\nDemonstrated ability to turn loosely defined business problems into working systems with limited supervision.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nComfort operating in an environment where requirements change and priorities shift.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building and deploying AI agents in a production environment.\n\nExperience with data warehouse platforms and transformation tooling.\n\nExperience with email deliverability, domain configuration, and sender reputation management.\n\nExperience building internal applications or dashboards.\n\nPrior experience in a consulting environment or supporting multiple business units at
