Además de realizar asientos contables y conciliaciones, este rol contribuye a la elaboración de reportes financieros, análisis de desvíos y al desarrollo de proyectos específicos.Actuarás como nexo entre las tareas contables transaccionales y la interpretación financiera de la información, contribuyendo a mejorar la calidad de los datos y a facilitar la toma de decisiones.\nYOUR NEXT CHALLENGE\nResponsibilities:\nAnálisis Contable\nElaborar asientos contables y garantizar su correcto tratamiento contable.\nRealizar conciliaciones complejas de cuentas e identificar y resolver diferencias.\nAnalizar saldos contables, devengamientos, provisiones, activos fijos y transacciones intercompañía.\nMantener la exactitud del libro mayor y brindar soporte en las revisiones contables.\nCierres Contables, Revisión Financiera y Soporte en Reportes\nBrindar soporte en las actividades de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual.\nPreparar análisis financieros, conciliaciones y reportes de soporte.\nRealizar análisis de desvíos y proporcionar comentarios e interpretaciones financieras.\nGarantizar la confiabilidad de la información financiera para la gerencia, auditorías y procesos de reporting.\nAnálisis Transversal y Colaboración con Finanzas\nTrabajar en conjunto con los equipos de Control de Gestión (Controlling), Impuestos, Tesorería, Compras y Operaciones.\nAnalizar el impacto contable de las transacciones del negocio.\nIdentificar y resolver problemas contables entre diferentes sistemas y áreas.\nBrindar soporte en revisiones del negocio y requerimientos relacionados con Finanzas.\nControles, Auditoría y Mejora de Procesos\nGarantizar el cumplimiento de los controles internos, las normas contables y las regulaciones vigentes.\nBrindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas.\nIdentificar debilidades en los procesos y proponer mejoras.\nParticipar en proyectos de automatización, optimización de sistemas y mejora de reportes.\n¿Que buscamos?\nFormación\nEstudiante o graduado/a de Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.\nExperiencia:\nManejo avanzado de Excel y sistemas ERP.\nPerfil analítico y experiencia en elaboración de reportes.\nMás allá del CV, buscamos que tengas\nMirada de negocio: te interesa entender qué está pasando en la compañía y cómo Finance puede aportar.\nAutonomía: podés tomar un tema, ordenarlo y llevarlo adelante.\nCapacidad resolutiva: buscás alternativas y no te quedás solamente en detectar el problema.\nComunicación: sabés adaptar tu mensaje según el interlocutor y generar conversaciones de valor.\nCuriosidad: querés entender los datos, hacer preguntas y aprender constantemente.\nModalidad: Híbrida\nLocación: Montevideo, Uruguay\nWhy join Pluxee?\nJoin an inclusive team\nWork at the heart of the community alongside 5,000 experts across 29 countries -
