It is critical to ensuring Pluxee’s automation systems deliver timely, relevant, and compliant communications.Yournextchallenge\nAs a B2C/B2M Automation Specialist, you willbe responsible fordeveloping andoptimizingmarketing automation strategies for both end-users (B2C) and merchant partners (B2M). You will execute personalized campaigns, manage lead generation and nurturing processes, and improve the overall customer and merchant journey through automation and CRM integration. Your role will be instrumental in improving engagement, retention, and conversion across both segments.\nWhatyou'llbe doing:\nManage andoptimizeB2C and B2M marketing automation platforms (e.g.,Brevo,HubSpot) to support engagement, lead generation, retention, and conversion strategies.\n\nDesign and implement audience segmentation and personalization tactics to improve the effectiveness of automated campaigns.\n\nPlan, execute, and continuously improve email and lifecycle campaigns based on behavioral triggers and real-time data.\n\nDevelop andoptimizelead generation and nurturing workflows to increase the quality and conversion of merchant leads.\n\nManage and refine lead scoring models to prioritize and convert high-value prospects efficiently.\n\nSupport growth initiatives through audience expansion strategies,acquisitiondatabase management, list sourcing,enrichmentand activation workflows to increase merchant prospect volume and pipeline generation.\n\nEnsure seamless integration with CRM tools (e.g.,Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) tomaintaindata consistency and tracking.\n\nMonitor campaign performance, interpret insights, andoptimizeROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, product, sales) to align automation strategies with businessobjectives.\n\nStay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in marketing automation and customer journey optimization.\n\nYou’reamatch\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with proven results in B2C and/or B2M contexts.\n\nHands-onexpertisewith platforms such as Brevo, HubSpot, or similar.\n\nExperience in lead acquisition strategies, audience expansion, prospect databasemanagementand outbound marketing initiatives is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.\n\nDemonstrated experience in designing andoptimizingemail marketing and automation strategies.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.\n\nCollaborative spirit withstrong communicationskills and the ability to work cross-functionally.\n\nStrategic and results-oriented, capable of tailoring automation to both consumer and merchant journeys.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.\n\nFull workingproficiencyin English.\n\nTogetthischallenge\nVideo call with Anne Quillet (Global Digital Marketing Director)\n\nVideo call withMathildeDubreu(HR Business Partner)\n\nVideo call or physicalmeetingwithSuvodeepDas (VP Global Marketing)\n\nYourteam\nYou will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team coveringFrance, Portugal,Tunisiaand Morocco.
