This role works closely with Controlling Managers and Finance leaders.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE\nwhat you'll be doing:\nFinancial Reporting and Dashboard PreparationPrepare and update cost center reports, financial dashboards, management reports, and recurring controlling files.\nCollect, validate, and structure financial data to support local or Group performance monitoring.\nEnsure that reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.\nMaintain reporting structures, mapping tables, assumptions, and supporting documentation.\nSupport finance and business stakeholders with reliable financial information for follow-up and decision-making.\n\nVariance, Trend and Cost AnalysisConduct variance analysis on costs, budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.\nIdentify trends, deviations, unusual movements, and potential risks in financial data.\nPrepare explanations and initial commentary to support management review and business discussions.\nAnalyze cost center performance and support investigation of differences with operational teams.\nEscalate significant deviations, data quality issues, or unexplained variances to the Controlling/Finance Manager.\n\nBudgeting and Forecasting SupportSupport budgeting and forecasting submissions by preparing templates, collecting inputs, checking data consistency, and consolidating information.\nAssist business stakeholders in understanding reporting requirements, deadlines, and financial input expectations.\nValidate budget and forecast data against historical trends, assumptions, and agreed financial structures.\nSupport the preparation of budget and forecast analysis for review by the Controlling Manager or finance leadership.\nMaintain documentation of assumptions, submissions, changes, and validation checks.\n\nData Quality, Tools and Process SupportMaintain accurate controlling data in finance systems, reporting tools, and analytical files.\nSupport the correct use of cost centers, analytical structures, financial dimensions, and reporting hierarchies.\nContribute to the improvement of reporting templates, dashboards, and controlling documentation.\nAssist with system updates, data checks, and recurring process improvements where required.\nPromote accuracy, discipline, and consistency in controlling activities.\n\nYOU ARE A MATCH IF...\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.\n\nWork Experience:3-5 years in controlling, FP&A, accounting or audit.\n\nSkills & Certifications:Strong Excel and ERP knowledge.\nFinancial modeling and reporting skills.\n\nCompetencies:Cost Center Reporting\nVariance Analysis\nBudget Support\nData Quality Management\nERP Proficiency\n\nLanguages:Native-level proficiency in Portuguese\nFluent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment (Required).\n\nWorking Conditions:Hybrid (3 days at the office)\nCollaboration with local business teams and relevant regional or global stakeholders.\nSalary range: 22k to 28K annual\n\nHappy at work 1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
