RUN Expert to strengthen our Global Network & SASE Operations.\nThis role is responsible for Level 3 (L3) RUN activities, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our global network and regions.\nKey Responsibilities\nL3 Operations & Incident Management\nAct as the primary escalation point (L3) for complex incidents and service requests.\n\nLead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for network and SASE issues.\n\nEnsure timely resolution aligned with SLA/MTTR objectives.\n\nNetwork & SASE Operations\nOperate and support global network infrastructure, including:\nCloud Networking (Azure): VNet, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways\n\nSecurity: Palo Alto NGFW\n\nSASE: Zscaler ZIA / ZPA (policy, access, troubleshooting)\n\nCore Services: DNS, IPAM\n\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nIdentify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes with engineering teams.\n\nContribute to automation initiatives (reducing manual operations).\n\nOptimize network performance and ensure proactive monitoring and alerting.\n\nGovernance & Processes\nEnsure strict adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).\n\nMaintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.\n\nSupport global standards enforcement and alignment with intetnal policies.\n\nCollaboration & Support\nWork closely with Global Network, Security, Cloud Architecture, and regional teams.\n\nSupport major changes, deployments, and critical events.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotation for critical incident coverage.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, routing & switching, SD-WAN\n\nCloud networking (Azure): VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, ExpressRoute, VPN\n\nSecurity: Palo Alto firewalls (advanced operations)\n\nSASE: Zscaler ZIA / ZPA\n\nCore services: DNS and IPAM\n\nOperational Skills\nStrong experience in L3 support in
