The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth payroll operations, supporting our commitment to a fair and compliant workplace.\nYour next challenge:\nCompensation & Benefits Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.\nAdminister employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.\nCommunicate compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees.\nCollaborate with HR and business teams to ensure alignment with compensation strategy.\nPayroll\nOversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with legal requirements.\nMaintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.\nEnsure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.\nCoordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll processing.\nMaintain payroll records and reports for audit and compliance purposes.\nCompliance\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.\nStay updated on changes in employment law and labor regulations.\nPrepare and submit statutory filings and reports as required.\nConduct training sessions on compliance and ethical practices.\nAudit\nSupport internal and external HR and payroll audits.\nPrepare audit documentation and address audit queries.\nImplement corrective actions for audit findings.\nMaintain documentation and processes to ensure audit readiness at all times.\nHR Business Partnering:\nCollaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into HR strategies.\nProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.\nAct as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.\nYou’re a match:\nMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\nMinimum 15+ years as an HR Business Partner and in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliance, and Audit.\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.\nExperience with payroll systems and HRIS.\n Proficiency with payroll software (e.g. Workday).\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.\nAbility to handle confidential information with integrity.\nTo get this challenge:\nVideo call discussion with TA Partner.\nFace to Face/Video call discussion with HR Director.\nFace to Face discussion with CEO.\nVideo call discussion with Regional VP-HR.\nYour team:\nHuman Resources-IN\nYour Location:\nPreferred: Mumbai, IN Happy at work 1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
