mission\nWe are looking for a Product Builder to join the new global Ops Automation Squad within Product & Engineering at Cobee byPluxee.\nThe squad will turn operational needs shared across countries into reusable product capabilities, self-service tools and automation that help the platform scale.\nYour scope will focus on the global platform: common product workflows, reusable configuration capabilities, standard APIs and data interfaces, and shared tools that enable country teams to work more efficiently.\nYour mission will be to understand operational problems,identifyopportunities for reuse across countries, and build reliable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve productqualityand deliver measurable impact.\nThis is a hands-on role combining product thinking, technicalfluencyand delivery: mapping processes, speaking with users,analysingdata, prototyping with AI or automation tools, building with Engineering, shippingsolutionsand measuring adoption.\nWhat you will build\nWithin the global product roadmap, examples of the capabilities you may build include:\nReusable self-service capabilities for benefit and wallet configuration, with common validation rules and controlled access.\n\nShared platform provisioning and onboarding capabilities that support deployment and adoption across countries.\n\nReusable tools for bulk product actions, with approvals,validationand audit trails.\n\nCommon product validations that prevent inconsistent data and reduce avoidable operational exceptions.\n\nStandard APIs,eventsand data interfaces that enable country teams to connect their processes to the global platform.\n\nShared internal tools that give Operations and Customer Care teams visibility into product workflow status and help them diagnose issues.\n\nHuman-in-the-loop features within reusable automation, withappropriate permissions, reviewstepsand traceability.\n\nReusable AI assistants and automation components that help teams navigate product workflows and information.\n\nImprovements to existing global automation based on user feedback, productdefectsand adoption data.\n\nSuccess means reliable capabilities that country teams can adopt and reuse, with measurable reductions in manual work and errors.\nWhat you will do\nAs Product Builder, you will:\nWork with country Operations, Finance, Customer Care and IT teams, alongside global Product, Engineering and Data, to understand shared needs and product friction.\n\nMap workflows, edge cases,dependenciesand data flows toidentifywhich needs can be addressed through common product capabilities.\n\nAssess reuse potential, expected impact and implementation effort, and contribute proposals to global productprioritisation.\n\nBuild andvalidateprototypes using AI tools, internal tooling, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, scripts, dataanalysisor lightweight product interfaces.\n\nWork with Engineering to build,testandmaintainreliable global capabilities, following platform standards and release practices.\n\nDefine success metrics for each initiative: adoption across countries, time saved, fewer manual steps, lower errorratesand better user experience.\n\nUse data and feedback from country teams tosizeopportunities, inform roadmapdecisionsand measure outcomes after release.\n\nDocument productbehaviour, interfaces, configurationoptionsand usage guidance so country teams can adopt the capabilities effectively.\n\nBuild permissions, auditability,monitoringandappropriate humanoversight into the global capabilities you deliver.\n\nInvestigate defects in the squad’s delivered capabilities with Engineering and improve their reliability and usability over time.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for people who are comfortable with ambiguity,complexityand execution.\nYou may come from Product, Operations, Engineering, Automation, Consulting,RevOps, FinOps, Product Ops, BusinessOperationsor a similar background. What matters most is your ability to understand complex systems and build practical solutions.\nYou should have\nStrong product judgment anda buildermindset.\n\nExperience improving operational, financial,administrativeor internal workflows.\n\nAbility to understand complex processes and simplify them without losing control.\n\nComfort working with technical teams, APIs, data models,integrationsand internal tools.\n\nHands-on experience with automation, AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, SQL,scriptingor workflow tools.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to define and measure business impact.\n\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.\n\nA bias for action: you do not wait for perfect specifications to start learning.\n\nHigh ownership: you follow through from problem discovery to reliable delivery,adoptionand measurable impact.\n\nGood judgment around risk, compliance, privacy, dataqualityand operational control.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in fintech, payments, benefits, payroll, HR tech, insurance,SaaSor regulated environments.\n\nExperience with invoicing, billing, reconciliation, settlements, financialoperationsor accounting workflows.\n\nExperience with HRIS, payroll providers, SFTP/APIintegrationsor employee data flows.\n\nExperience building internal tools for Operations, Finance, Customer Care or Partner teams.\n\nExperience using AI agents,copilotsor LLM-based workflows inreal businessprocesses.\n\nExperience with tools such as Retool,Metabase, SQL, Zapier, Make, n8n, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitLab,PostHogor similar.\n\nAbility to write lightweight scripts or query data independently.\n\nSpanish and English fluency.
