Acting as a Feature Owner, this role drives end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with a dedicated local squad, ensuring that business needs are translated into user-focused, high-performing digital experiences.Reporting to the Country Marketing & Product Director, this position combines local execution ownership with global alignment. It requires a strong ability to bridge business requirements and agile delivery while ensuring product impact through roadmap ownership, backlog management, and KPI tracking.\n“Acts as a Feature Owner, responsible for one or more local assets and manages the delivery of features through direct collaboration with a dedicated local squad.”\nYour next challenge\nRole Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our product proposition on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.\nBusiness Responsibilities: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of product KPIs and overall business results.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nWorks on revising the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirements\nDefines the product roadmap to realize this vision, working closely with IT team and development partners\nDrives the product development and in-life product management process\nLeads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria\nAssesses Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process\nIdentifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new products\n You’re a match\nCertifications Requirements:\nCertification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.\nMaster’s degree preferred.\nWork Experience Requirements:\n5 years of experience in product-centric environments (strongly KPI-driven). In addition, the compensation package includes a variable component in the form of a performance-related bonus.
