As an individual contributor primarily at the local level (but also supporting global PMO teams where relevant), this role supports project and portfolio delivery by maintaining accurate reporting, documentation, tools, and governance routines. The PMO Analyst works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and the broader PMO team to ensure data integrity, process compliance, and continuous improvement across project lifecycles.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGEResponsibilities:\nGovernance and Portfolio Support\nSupport the organization and coordination of project governance routines, including steering committees, milestone reviews, risk reviews, portfolio meetings, and decision forums.\nMaintain project documentation libraries, approval records, project charters, decision logs, action trackers, and governance materials in alignment with PMO methodology.\nSupport the tracking of project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring that required documents, approvals, milestones, and closure steps are completed.\nHelp ensure that projects follow Group standards, local governance requirements, reporting expectations, and agreed project management practices.\nAssist project managers and PMO teams in preparing governance materials, meeting inputs, follow-up actions, and status updates.\nPortfolio Reporting and Performance Tracking\nPrepare and update project and portfolio dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project, Planview, Jira, SharePoint, or other PMO systems.\nTrack delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, resource needs, benefits, and deviations from plan.\nCollect, validate, and consolidate project inputs from project managers, countries, business units, or functional teams where relevant.\nFlag inconsistencies, missing information, delays, budget deviations, risk exposure, or reporting gaps to support timely corrective action.\nSupport project managers and PMO leaders with performance analysis, status summaries, and decision-making materials for governance meetings.\nPMO Tools, Data Quality and Process Support\nMaintain accurate project-related data in PMO tools, trackers, dashboards, repositories, and reporting systems.\nContribute to the configuration, testing, update, and improvement of PMO templates, trackers, dashboards, workflows, and reporting routines.\nSupport data quality checks to ensure that project information is complete, reliable, consistent, and usable for portfolio analysis and leadership reporting.\nIdentify and recommend improvements to processes, templates, tools, or reporting practices to increase PMO efficiency and reduce administrative complexity.\nHelp standardize the way project information is captured, updated, stored, and reported across the assigned perimeter.\nGlobal and Cross-Country PMO Support\nAssist in collecting, validating, and consolidating portfolio inputs from countries, regions, business units, or functional teams when the role supports global governance.\nContribute to global PMO reporting cadences by preparing standardized dashboards, KPIs, status summaries, and compliance tracking inputs.\nSupport global PMO analysts, project controllers, program managers, or portfolio managers in cross-country data analysis, project follow-up, and governance preparation.\nHelp identify differences in project maturity, reporting quality, risk visibility, and methodology adoption across countries or business areas.\nSupport alignment between local execution and Group PMO standards by helping teams understand reporting requirements, governance steps, and documentation expectations.\nCommunication and Knowledge Management\nSupport the development and distribution of project communication materials, including timelines, summaries, newsletters, governance updates, project snapshots, and stakeholder briefings.\nMaintain PMO knowledge repositories with best practices, lessons learned, templates, methodology guidance, governance documents, and project reference materials.\nHelp onboard new project team members on PMO tools, processes, reporting requirements, document repositories, and governance routines.\nContribute to knowledge sharing across project teams by organizing information in a clear, accessible, and structured way.\nSupport a culture of transparency, discipline, and continuous improvement in project and portfolio management practices.\nYOU ARE A MATCH IF...\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nWork Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business operations roles.\nPrior experience in a structured PMO or project delivery environment is preferred.\nUnderstanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) is required.\nSkills & Certifications:\nProficiency with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with project governance and documentation standards.\nLanguages:\nFor global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.\nFor local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.\nFor local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required.
