The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming sales data into actionable insights that drive sales performance, optimize marketing strategies, and support overall business growth.\nThis role will be instrumental in analyzing sales trends, managing dashboards, improving sales processes, and supporting decision-making across multiple departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working cross-functionally, this is the perfect opportunity for you.\nMain responsibilities:\nExtract, structure, and analyze data from internal systems to generate insights into client behaviors, sales trends, and product performance.\nDevelop and maintain Sales Dashboards and Sales Effectiveness Reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.\nPresent clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making and business planning.\nPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather input, streamline processes, and align business goals.\nSupport portfolio and bonus management, pipeline/funnel tracking, and user/license administration in Salesforce.\nGenerate and deliver ad-hoc and high-accuracy authority reports with a strong focus on detail and relevance.\nDrive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data workflows, and documentation practices.\nContribute to the development of tools and automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the reporting process.\nProvide support for sales campaigns, target setting, marketing communication lists, and strategic forecasts.\nAdminister and support the online signing platform and assist the development team with new Salesforce processes and features.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence, with a focus on sales and marketing data.\nSalesforce Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce, including user and license administration, and leveraging Salesforce for reporting and analysis.\nData Analysis & Visualization: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
