The role contributes to daily treasury execution, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and treasury data analysis while ensuring compliance with Group treasury policies and internal controls.Working closely with Treasury Managers, Accounting, Finance, and banking partners, the Treasury Analyst helps ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and effective treasury governance across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and capital optimization, serving as a key driver in maximizing our financial efficiency\nYOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Cash Forecasting\nAnalyze historical cash flows and collaborate with product departments to refine forecast accuracy;\n\nContribute to the identification of variances between actuals and forecasts, recommending adjustments as needed.\n\nAssist in identifying opportunities for cash optimization, reduced idle cash, and process efficiency.\n\nProvide forecast updates and cash analysis to treasury managers or finance stakeholders as required.\n\nCash Position Management\nSupport the management of short-term borrowing or investments to optimize liquidity in collaboration with the Cash Manager\n\nCash Position Management\nManage and optimize cash float, balancing payment timing with collections to maximize working capital.\n\nLiquidity Planning\nIdentify short-term funding gaps or surplus cash, recommending investments or borrowing strategies.\n\nSupport liquidity monitoring, working capital analysis, cash utilization reviews, and short-term funding visibility.\n\nBank Relationship Management:\nServe as the primary point of contact for banking partners, managing bank fees and account structures.\n\nProcess Automation:\nIdentify opportunities to streamline treasury workflows, leveraging TMS (Treasury Management Systems) and ERPs.\n\nParticipate in system testing, updates, data validation, user acceptance testing, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nContribute to treasury process documentation, operational guidelines, checklists, and user instructions.\n\nHelp improve automation, reporting efficiency, data quality, and workflow reliability within treasury activities.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of treasury operations through accurate execution, documentation, and feedback.\n\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure adherence to internal financial controls (SOX) and prepare monthly treasury reports for senior leadership\n\nSupport continuous improvement of treasury operations through accurate execution, documentation, and feedback.\n\nPrepare treasury reports, dashboards, operational KPIs, cash summaries, bank account updates, and liquidity analysis.\n\nMaintain treasury data, banking records, transaction files, intercompany funding documentation, and supporting evidence.\n\nSupport data consolidation and reporting activities for Group Treasury, local Finance, or management review.\n\nAssist in preparing materials for audits, compliance reporting, management presentations, and treasury governance discussions. YOU ARE A MATCH IF... Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or cash management activities. Experience in multinational environments is an advantage. Skills & Certifications: Expert understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and banking processes. Experience with ERP systems, Treasury Management Systems, or banking platforms Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
