The SEO Specialist collaborates closely with content creators, digital marketers, and web teams to implement best practices and ensure search visibility across markets and languages.YOUR NEXT CHALLENGEResponsibilities:\nGLOBAL RESPONSIBILITIES (when positioned in the global hub)\n1. SEO Execution & Content Support\nConduct keyword research to inform global content planning and landing page structure.\nOptimize meta titles, descriptions, alt text, H1/H2 headers, and content blocks across pages.\nSupport the deployment of SEO elements on the CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.\n2. Technical SEO Support\nAssist with global technical audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Google Search Console.\nIdentify and log issues related to crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, or schema markup.\nWork with IT and web development teams to implement global SEO fixes and enhancements.\nReporting & Performance Monitoring\nTrack SEO KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic sessions, click-through rate (CTR), and bounce rate.\nPrepare global dashboards and support reporting with monthly or quarterly insights.\nTag and document performance trends, opportunities, and anomalies for the SEO Manager.\n3. Cross-Market Enablement\nSupport content translation and localization workflows by ensuring proper SEO structure is retained across languages.\nPrepare global keyword packs, metadata templates, and content briefs for use by country teams.\nLOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES (when positioned in a country spoke)\n1. Local SEO Optimization\nConduct local keyword research aligned with country-level commercial priorities and user behavior.\nOptimize locally published content, landing pages, and product descriptions for SEO performance.\nEnsure correct implementation of metadata, internal linking, and image alt attributes in the local CMS.\n2. Technical Audit & CMS Implementation\nIdentify local SEO issues such as slow-loading pages, broken internal links, or missing tags.\nApply on-page optimizations and coordinate with developers or webmasters on structural improvements.\nMaintain content hygiene by managing redirects, canonical tags, and URL consistency.\n3. Local Performance Reporting\nTrack and report on local SEO KPIs using Google Search Console, GA4, and other tools.\nMonitor competitor rankings and keyword trends specific to the local market.\nCollaborate with the local content and campaign teams to implement improvements based on insights.\nYOU ARE A MATCH IF...\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Strategy, or a related field.\nWork Experience:\n2-4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content optimization.\nGlobal role: experience with international websites, multilingual content, or cross-market SEO coordination is a plus.\nLocal role: experience in optimizing local websites and collaborating with content and development teams.\nSkills & Certifications:\nProficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4).\nFamiliarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), HTML basics, and metadata management.\nStrong analytical skills and understanding of how SEO contributes to digital growth.\nCertification in SEO or Digital Marketing is a plus.\nLanguages:\nFor global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.\nFor local country leadership and management roles, fluency in the local language and English is required.\nFor local individual contributor roles, fluency in the local language is required.
