ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling financial documents and transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInvoice Verification and Transaction Processing\nVerify the accuracy of stocks received at various warehouses and stocks returned to suppliers, including quantity, product description, and cost, before recording transactions.\nReview supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate recording.\nCoordinate with the Purchasing team to resolve discrepancies between supplier invoices, purchase orders, and actual inventory receipts.\nEnsure that document alterations are properly reviewed and authorized before processing.\nValidate payment terms and applicable discounts against purchasing records and approved supplier information.\nProcess accounts payable transactions accurately and within established timelines, including the preparation of debit memos when necessary.\nSupplier Account Management\nMaintain organized and complete records of supplier invoices, purchase orders, debit memos, and other accounts payable documents.\nRespond to supplier inquiries and coordinate the resolution of concerns involving unpaid invoices, payment status, and transaction discrepancies.\nMonitor outstanding supplier balances and follow up on pending documents or transactions to facilitate timely payment.\nCoordinate with internal departments to address issues affecting invoice validation and payment processing.\nAccount Reconciliation and Reporting\nReconcile assigned supplier subsidiary ledger balances with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.\nEnsure the accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records and supporting documentation.\nAssist in preparing accounts payable reports and maintaining records for accounting review and audit requirements.\nFollow established accounting procedures and internal controls to support accurate financial reporting.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related accounting or finance course.\nFresh graduates and applicants with relevant work experience are welcome.\nCPA and non-CPA applicants may apply.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices, financial records, and numerical data.\nGood analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is an
