collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams.\nSupport month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including aging reports, bad debt provisions, and revenue accruals.\nMaintain accurate customer records and master data within the ERP system.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.\nProvide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.\nIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through process enhancements and automation.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a multinational company or shared services environment.\nExperience supporting global finance operations or shared services is an advantage.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling and analyzing large datasets.\nExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.\nCPA license or relevant professional certification is an advantage.\nExperience in intercompany receivables, trade collections, or revenue recognition is a plus.\nFamiliarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as AR automation solutions, is
