workflows aligned with enterprise standards.\nCustomize AEM workflows and integrate with enterprise systems and APIs.\nPackage, deploy, and manage AEM content and configurations across environments.\nAI & Adobe Platform Innovation\nImplement AI-driven capabilities using Adobe Experience Platform tools for advanced decision-making and workflow automation.\nApply optimization strategies to improve content discoverability in AI-generated search experiences.\nContribute to initiatives leveraging AI-powered tools such as Adobe Firefly.\nRequirements Gathering & Solutioning\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.\nProvide effort estimates, technical consultation, and scalable solution designs.\nTroubleshooting Angular)\nAEM technologies: HTL (Sightly), XML, components, templates, dialogs, and policies\nBackend\nJava / J2EE, JSP, Spring Framework\nApache Sling, OSGi, Maven, Eclipse\nRESTful web services and enterprise integrations\nUnit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit)\nAEM & Adobe Ecosystem\nHands-on experience with AEM (versions 6.4 / 6.5 preferred)\nWorkflow customization and dispatcher configuration\nExperience with Adobe Cloud Manager\nFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Forms\nPreferred Experience\nExperience implementing AI-driven
