providing a positive patient experience.\nWork Arrangement\nLocation: Bridgetowne, Quezon City\nWork Setup: Onsite\nSchedule: Night Shift\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across different specialties and provider locations.\nHandle inbound and outbound calls related to appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.\nAssist patients with general scheduling inquiries and appointment-related concerns.\nReview patient information to ensure accurate appointment assignments based on provider availability and scheduling guidelines.\nCoordinate with healthcare providers, clinical teams, and external offices to facilitate patient appointments.\nMaintain accurate patient demographics, insurance details, and appointment records in the system.\nVerify insurance information and identify referral or authorization requirements.\nEscalate urgent or sensitive patient concerns to the appropriate clinical personnel.\nEnsure accurate documentation of patient interactions and scheduling activities.\nMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.\nSupport service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAt least 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, medical administration, or a related healthcare support role.\nExperience in a hospital, physician practice, specialty clinic, or healthcare BPO environment is preferred.\nFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Athenahealth, or similar platforms is an advantage.\nKnowledge of medical terminology and healthcare appointment workflows is preferred.\nSkills and Competencies\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nStrong customer service and patient-handling skills.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage high call volumes and
