The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining consistent food and beverage quality, and developing high-performing store teams.\nThis role requires a hands-on operations leader with strong multi-site management experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent business acumen, and the ability to balance operational excellence with people development and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Performance: Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned locations through effective business planning, sales initiatives, and regular performance monitoring.\nMulti-Site Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple cafes, ensuring consistent implementation of company policies, operating procedures, and service standards.\nOperational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service delivery, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety across all locations.\nPeople Management: Lead, coach, and develop Cafe Managers and store leaders to improve team performance, employee engagement, and operational accountability.\nFinancial Management: Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory levels, product wastage, cash handling, and controllable operating expenses.\nCustomer Experience: Promote a customer-centric culture, address guest concerns, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.\nStore Development: Support new store openings, operational transitions, and the implementation of standardized operating procedures across locations.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Human Resources, Training, and other support teams to address staffing, employee development, and operational requirements.\nPerformance Monitoring: Conduct regular store visits and operational assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, with exposure to multi-site or multi-branch management.\nProven experience managing multiple store locations and leading Store Managers, Cafe Managers, or equivalent teams.\nStrong understanding of sales and profitability management, inventory control, labor costing, and operational performance.\nExperience in cafe, coffee shop, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant operations.\nBackground in coffee operations and new store openings is an advantage.\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel
