The role will provide timely and accurate financial insights to management, helping drive informed business and operational decisions. The position will also work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support financial improvement initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management accounting, financial reporting, or a related function, including at least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience.\nMust be a CPA; other relevant professional certifications like CMA or CFA is an advantage.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, profitability analysis, and key business performance drivers.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.\nExperience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nHighly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.\nPrepare monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results, and provide insights on key variances.\nAnalyze revenue, expenses, profitability, margins, and other key financial drivers to identify trends and business opportunities.\nPrepare and maintain branch P&L reports, financial dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for investments, strategic initiatives, and business decisions.\nPartner with department heads and business leaders to support cost optimization, revenue improvement, and performance management initiatives.\nProvide management with timely financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data, reports, and management information.\nIdentify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes through automation, standardization, and enhanced reporting tools.\nMonitor business and financial performance against established targets and provide relevant insights to management.\nSupport ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required by
