API-led, message-based, and event-driven - to solve business problems.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into practical integration designs.\nDeliver integrations spanning ERP, CRM, HR, data platforms, and other SaaS systems.\n\nArchitecture & Standards (Architect / Senior track)\n Define integration architecture, reusable patterns, and best practices.Establish enterprise integration standards and reusable assets.\n\nEnsure designs align with security, identity, networking, and governance requirements.\nReview and govern integration solutions across multiple delivery teams.\n\nQuality, Operations & Support\n Build in monitoring, logging, error handling, and retry logic.\nSupport testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.\nMaintain clear operational documentation and runbooks.\n\nCollaboration & Advisory\n Partner with business, application, data, and platform teams throughout delivery.\nAdvise stakeholders on integration approach, tooling choices, and trade-offs.\nMentor junior consultants and developers (Architect / Senior Consultant candidates).\nWhat We're Looking For\n Strong, hands-on expertise across Azure Integration Services.\nSolid experience with REST APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecture.\nUnderstanding of data transformation, mapping, and integration design patterns.\nWorking knowledge of Azure security, identity, networking, and DevOps practices.\nExperience integrating enterprise and SaaS platforms.\n\nExperience - Specialist / Architect Level\n 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years focused on Azure integration and solution architecture.\nDemonstrated track record of defining enterprise integration strategy and standards.\nCore Competencies\n Comfortable navigating complex systems integration work, adapting delivery approach (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and making sound calls even with incomplete information.\nApplies fit-for-purpose governance, decision records, and quality controls to protect delivery outcomes.\nSkilled at managing stakeholders and vendors, aligning multiple parties around scope, milestones, and technical standards.\nBrings commercial and requirements discipline - clarifying assumptions, dependencies, and risks, and maintaining clear requirements traceability.\nAble to translate architectural intent into build-ready artifacts that engineering teams can execute with confidence.\nChampions secure-by-design delivery, embedding security, privacy, and access controls from the outset.\nLeverages reference architectures and reusable accelerators to speed up delivery and improve consistency.\nDesigns with operations in mind -
