solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the execution of reporting strategies aligned with business objectives.\nLead and manage business improvement and reporting-related projects.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.\nProduce accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decisions.\nEnsure reporting processes comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.\nPerform data validation, quality assurance, and reporting audits to maintain data accuracy.\nProvide analytical support by interpreting business data and presenting insights to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.\nManage stakeholder expectations and resolve reporting-related issues in a timely manner.\nDevelop statistical models and reporting controls to improve operational efficiency and reduce business risks.\nSupport complex reporting requests and escalations.\nMaintain reporting documentation, procedures, and best practices.\nMonitor reporting performance and recommend process improvements.\nLead daily team operations, prioritize workload, and ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.\nCoach and mentor team members while identifying training and development opportunities.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and communication within the team.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or a similar role.\nExperience leading or managing a reporting or analytics team.\nStrong experience with:\nPower BI\nSQL\nSAS Base\nSAS Enterprise Guide (EG)\nTableau\nExperience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nExperience working with large datasets and reporting environments.\nPreferred Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills.\nStrong SQL development and query optimization experience.\nExperience working with data warehouses, data marts, or OLAP cubes.\nKnowledge of Report Builder or similar reporting tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPresentation and data storytelling skills.\nLeadership, coaching, and team management experience.\nStrong customer service and conflict resolution skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience in the insurance, financial services, or related industry.\nUnderstanding of reporting governance, compliance, and operational controls.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.\nFamiliarity with business process improvement and continuous improvement
