The role combines market analysis, business planning, commercial performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and other business teams.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop brand strategies and business plans based on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.\nConduct market and sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend business actions.\nDevelop and execute integrated marketing programs in partnership with Sales and other commercial teams.\nMonitor brand performance, sales, P&L, contribution margin, and A&P spending.\nCoordinate with Supply Chain on product forecasting and availability.\nManage relationships with principals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Accounts.\nProvide brand, product, and market insights to relevant teams and support capability-building activities.\nMonitor marketing program execution and recommend improvements based on market and business results.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Commercial roles.\nPharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.\nExperience in brand strategy, market analysis, business planning, and marketing program development.\nStrong understanding of sales performance, commercial data, and business financials, including P&L or A&P management.\nExperience working with external partners, principals, KOLs, or Key Accounts is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and other business teams.\nPreferred Background\nCandidates with pharmaceutical brand management experience are strongly preferred.
