The role focuses on selling staffing solutions to U.S.-based organizations, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities.\nArrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.\nBuild, maintain, and nurture a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.\nEstablish strong, ongoing relationships with leads and potential customers.\nRecord sales activities in Salesforce and keep tasks, accounts, and related information accurate and current.\nMaintain complete and accurate information in sales reports.\nShare prospect needs, challenges, and pain points with the placement/recruitment and account management teams.\nCollaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve sales effectiveness.\nParticipate actively in training and remain receptive to coaching and feedback.\nComplete other related tasks as assigned.\nQualifications and Experience\nAt least two years of sales experience in staffing solutions, healthcare, or a general business environment.\nDemonstrated experience selling to clients based in the United States.\nPrevious experience selling staffing services to businesses;
