This role goes beyond traditional purchasing, it combines supplier relationship management, sales analysis, inventory planning, and business development to help drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.\nThis is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in purchasing, merchandising, supply chain, or commercial operations, as well as candidates with relevant experience in sales, merchandising, inventory management, or purchasing.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor sales performance, product trends, and inventory levels to support accurate ordering and product availability.\nPrepare and coordinate purchase orders based on sales trends, inventory requirements, and business needs.\nCoordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, discounts, promotions, and other business concerns.\nAnalyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory efficiency, and profitability.\nCoordinate promotional activities and secure supplier support to help increase product sales.\nMaintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory records, and purchasing documentation.\nFollow up on pending orders, product returns, and other operational concerns to ensure timely resolution.\nPrepare reports and coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nPerform other purchasing and business support responsibilities as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nFresh graduates are welcome to apply.\nCandidates with experience in purchasing, merchandising, sales, inventory management, supply chain, or business operations are encouraged to apply.\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable working with numbers, sales reports, and inventory information.\nProactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.\nAble to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nComfortable communicating and coordinating with suppliers and different internal teams.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications; knowledge of data analysis is an advantage.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe value candidates who demonstrate business awareness, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
