This role combines strategic communications, content creation, social media management, and employee engagement to enhance the overall employee experience and attract top talent.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEmployer Branding & Talent Marketing\nDevelop and execute employer branding strategies that strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.\n\nManage and grow employer brand presence across key digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.\n\nCreate engaging content that showcases company culture, employee experiences, workplace initiatives, leadership perspectives, and organizational achievements.\n\nPartner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment marketing campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.\n\nBuild employee advocacy programs that encourage authentic employee storytelling and brand ambassadorship.\n\nMonitor employer brand performance and leverage insights to improve audience engagement and candidate attraction.\n\nInternal Communications\nDevelop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business and people objectives.\n\nCreate communication plans and messaging for key People & Culture initiatives, programs, and organizational priorities.\n\nTranslate complex HR concepts, policies, and programs into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly communications.\n\nManage internal communication channels, including intranet platforms, newsletters, email communications, and digital content hubs.\n\nEnsure consistent messaging across all employee touchpoints and communication channels.\n\nOrganizational Change & Leadership Communications\nLead communication planning and execution for organizational transformations, business updates, and change initiatives.\n\nDevelop communication frameworks that promote transparency, alignment, and employee understanding during periods of change.\n\nDraft executive communications, leadership announcements, town hall presentations, speeches, and organizational updates.\n\nPartner with senior leaders to ensure timely and effective communication of strategic priorities and business objectives.\n\nEmployee Engagement & Culture Building\nDesign and execute culture-focused campaigns that reinforce organizational values and enhance employee engagement.\n\nSupport initiatives related to employee recognition, diversity and inclusion, wellness, learning and development, and company milestones.\n\nCreate programs and communication campaigns that strengthen employee connection, participation, and organizational pride.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote a positive and engaging employee experience.\n\nAnalytics & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish communication and employer branding metrics to measure effectiveness, reach, engagement, and impact.\n\nAnalyze employee feedback, communication performance, and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nProvide recommendations and insights to optimize communication strategies and content effectiveness.\n\nStay current on emerging communication, employer branding, and social media trends to drive innovation.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employer branding, employee engagement, or related disciplines.\n\nProven experience managing corporate social media platforms and executing digital content strategies.\n\nStrong understanding of employer branding, employee experience, and talent attraction initiatives.\n\nExperience supporting organizational change, executive communications, and employee engagement programs.\n\nExceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.\n\nProficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications, and business leadership teams.\n\nExperience in telecommunications, technology, digital services, BPO, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is an advantage.\n\nIdeal Background\nCandidates coming from Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, HR Communications, Employee Engagement, Talent Marketing, or Culture & Engagement roles would be particularly relevant for this position.
