rigorous QA testing on email rendering, link validation, device compatibility, dynamic content, and personalization fields.\nPerformance Analytics: Monitor campaign delivery, open/click-through rates, and engagement metrics, surfacing actionable insights to optimize future marketing communications.\nData Quality, Governance & Compliance\nData Integrity: Centralize and structure marketing data sets, maintaining clean contact databases, distribution lists, and interaction records across CRM systems.\n Privacy Compliance: Enforce international data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) across all campaign lists, subscription preferences, and consent frameworks.\nChange Management & Enablement\nProcess Enablement: Support the rollout of new operating models by coaching and up-skilling M&BD team productivity.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.\nProfessional Background: Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital campaign management roles.\nDomain Context: Experience within a global law firm, professional services, or corporate shared services center is an advantage.\nTechnical & Functional Skills\n Platform Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar) and event
