consistency and scalability.\nDevelop and maintain architecture documentation, data inventories, and data flow diagrams.\nData Strategy & Governance\nDevelop and implement enterprise data strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.\nEstablish and promote data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and data management best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data roadmaps and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.\nParticipate in project governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise data architecture standards.\nData Integration & Platform Design\nDesign scalable data integration solutions that enable efficient data movement across enterprise platforms.\nArchitect modern data ecosystems, including cloud-based data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse environments.\nOversee data migration initiatives, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data integration strategies.\nRecommend improvements to data transformation, loading methodologies, and overall data architecture using modern technologies and industry best practices.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable architectural solutions.\nCollaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, application development, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver enterprise data capabilities.\nCommunicate architectural concepts and solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics teams.\nServe as the subject matter expert for enterprise data management, integration, and architecture practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve enterprise data capabilities.\nPromote adoption of modern cloud-native data platforms, big data technologies, streaming architectures, and advanced data engineering practices.\nData Security & Compliance\nEnsure enterprise data solutions comply with data privacy regulations, security standards, and organizational governance requirements.\nCollaborate with security teams to implement appropriate controls for data protection, access management, and regulatory compliance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, enterprise data management, or related roles.\nExtensive experience designing enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern cloud-based data architectures.\nStrong background in enterprise data governance, metadata management, master data management, and data quality initiatives.\nExperience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions using platforms such as AWS or equivalent cloud providers.\nProven experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance across enterprise data initiatives.\nStrong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices.\nCloud certifications (e.g., AWS) are an advantage.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nEnterprise Data
