This role oversees the development of scalable and secure data ecosystems, drives analytics and AI initiatives, and ensures strong governance, compliance, and data quality standards. The position works closely with business, technology, risk, and compliance leaders to maximize the value of data across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Strategy\nLead the development and execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy.\nCreate roadmaps for data modernization, governance, and AI adoption initiatives.\nPromote a data-driven culture and support strategic decision-making across the organization.\nData Platforms & Infrastructure\nOversee enterprise data platforms including data lakes, data warehouses, and master data management (MDM) systems.\nEnsure data accuracy, security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.\nSupport cloud transformation and system integration initiatives.\nAnalytics & AI\nLead analytics, data science, and AI teams in delivering business-focused solutions.\nDrive AI and machine learning initiatives such as fraud detection, risk analytics, and customer personalization.\nTranslate data insights into measurable business impact and operational improvements.\nBusiness Partnership\nCollaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate data into strategic and operational decisions.\nAlign data initiatives with business goals related to revenue growth, customer experience, and risk management.\nServe as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI initiatives.\nData Governance & Compliance\nEstablish and enforce enterprise data governance, privacy, and security standards.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.\nPromote ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead and develop teams across data engineering, analytics, AI, and governance functions.\nFoster a strong data-driven culture and improve data literacy organization-wide.\nEncourage collaboration across business and technology teams.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\nMaster’s degree is preferred.\n15-20+ years of experience in data, analytics, engineering, or AI leadership roles.\nStrong expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and data governance.\nExperience implementing AI/ML solutions, preferably within regulated industries.\nProven leadership in managing large-scale transformation and enterprise data programs.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive leadership
