contrast\n\nTypography standards\n\nAlt text requirements\n\nReadability and accessibility compliance\n\nEnsure compliance annotations and required legal/brand elements are included in all deliverables\n\nBuild and maintain reusable templates, design systems, and component libraries\n\nMaintain strong file management discipline, including:\nLayer organization\n\nNaming conventions\n\nVersion control\n\nDAM/CMS asset management\n\nExecute design QA and coordinate approval routing with brand, compliance, and legal stakeholders\n\nIncorporate feedback efficiently and document revisions accurately\n\nPartner with copywriters and content managers to align visual hierarchy and messaging\n\nDeliver platform-ready assets optimized for:\nPaid and organic social platforms\n\nMarketing automation tools\n\nDigital campaigns\n\nSupport event marketing production including:\nBrochures\n\nBooth screens\n\nExecutive presentations\n\nPrint-ready collateral\n\nPrepare print and digital specifications for vendors and production partners\n\nCollaborate with campaign teams on final handoffs, including:\nExport settings\n\nLink validation\n\nUTM and QR code assets\n\nMonitor and support creative performance tracking for optimization and iteration\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5+ years of marketing or graphic design experience\n\nExperience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) is an advantage\n\nProficiency in:\nAdobe Photoshop\n\nAdobe Illustrator\n\nAdobe InDesign\n\nPresentation design tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with DAM/CMS platforms and accessibility standards\n\nStrong typography, layout, and information design skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and file organization discipline\n\nExperience working with enterprise brand systems, templates, and design guidelines\n\nAbility to produce omnichannel-ready marketing assets\n\nStrong collaboration and communication
