The role manages digital campaigns, content, social media, online channels, and marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, product visibility, and business growth.\nThe position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and product availability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies and demand generation programs for branded products.\nPlan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms and channels.\nDevelop engaging digital content, promotional materials, and marketing communications aligned with brand and business objectives.\nManage social media accounts and other digital channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility.\nMonitor campaign performance, customer engagement, website traffic, leads, conversions, and other relevant marketing metrics.\nAnalyze customer, market, and digital performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.\nWork closely with Sales and Marketing teams in developing promotional campaigns and activities that support business and revenue objectives.\nSupport marketing forecasting and demand planning by providing campaign assumptions, historical performance data, market trends, and customer insights.\nCoordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with product availability and supply requirements.\nDevelop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports, campaign calendars, and tracking tools to monitor campaign and business performance.\nSupport the launch and digital marketing activities for new products and new markets.\nCoordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, media partners, and other third-party partners as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve digital presence, customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.\nConduct market research and competitor monitoring to identify relevant consumer trends, market opportunities, and emerging digital platforms.\nProvide regular updates and recommendations to management regarding digital marketing performance and opportunities.\nPerform other related duties and assignments as may be required by the immediate superior.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience\nAt least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.\nExperience in Healthcare, Food, Cosmetics, FMCG, or other consumer products is an advantage.\nExperience in managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, and online marketing initiatives is highly preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online campaign management.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and consumer trends.\nStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nCreative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to marketing.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.\nGood business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external
