This role blends ERP configuration, finance operations, and systems integration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across critical financial processes.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP financial applications, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage complex system integrations and reporting requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nERP Systems & Financial Operations\nInterpret, execute, and support financial ERP models while resolving complex finance-related issues.\nProvide support for month-end and year-end financial close processes.\nMaintain system integrity and ensure accurate financial data processing across platforms.\nSystems Integration & Support\nManage integrations and troubleshoot issues across platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and BlackLine.\nMonitor daily system integrations and proactively resolve outages or disruptions.\nSupport Finance IT change management, including system updates, enhancements, and maintenance.\nSecurity, Reporting & Data Management\nOversee system access, roles, and security controls across ERP platforms.\nDevelop and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards within ERP systems.\nProvide reporting support and insights to business units and leadership teams.\nTesting & Continuous Improvement\nAssist in system testing during upgrades and releases, including development of test scripts.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.\nEnsure systems align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.\nStakeholder Support & Training\nProvide training and guidance to end users on financial systems and reporting tools.\nSupport ad-hoc requests from finance teams and business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, IT, and operations.\nQualifications and Experience\n3+ years of experience in ERP financial systems and applications.\nAt least 1 year of experience supporting ERP processes within a healthcare or multi-entity environment.\nPrior experience as a Senior Accountant or General Accounting Manager is highly preferred.\nHands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday and Oracle.\nFamiliarity with tools such as ServiceNow, OnBase, UiPath, Adaptive Planning, and Power BI is a plus.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes.\nAbility to manage multiple requests, issues, and priorities simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nAbility to work independently with minimal
